Use accurate, customer-facing information
Review the chatbot settings and knowledge available for your business. Include useful details such as services, hours, service areas, and how to get help. Leave passwords, private customer records, and internal instructions out of information the chatbot may share.
Review real conversations
Check saved customer conversations in Inbox. Follow up when a customer asks for help or leaves a question your business needs to answer. If answers are out of date, correct the source information or ask your administrator to update it.
Check a changed answer
After an approved update, open your website and ask a simple question about the changed detail. If the widget is missing or not responding, report the page and approximate time to BusinessStub.
