Set up your calendar and appointments

Check availability, appointment details, and the booking experience before sharing it.

Try it in your workspace ↗
01

Check availability and time zone

Open Calendar for the right business. Review the time zone, working hours, and exceptions for time off. Check the appointment types offered and their duration, location, and instructions.

02

Review connected calendars

Where available, connect the Google or Microsoft calendar you use for appointments and check the connection status. Choose the correct calendars so existing busy time can be considered. If a connection needs attention, use its reconnect control or ask your administrator for help.

03

Finish any payment and policy setup

For paid appointments, finish the payment setup shown for your business before sharing a booking link. Clearly describe the price, any deposit, and your cancellation and rescheduling policies. Your business remains responsible for the service and customer support.

04

Review the customer experience

Open the booking page and check the available times, location, and instructions. Do not submit a booking or payment unless you intend to make it. If Calendar is missing or disabled, ask BusinessStub to review your setup and access.
