Create and publish a blog post

Turn a useful answer into an article, save a draft, and review the published page.

Try it in your workspace ↗

The recording uses a fictional business. Choose your own business before following along. A BusinessStub administrator must enable Blog and connect a compatible website before you can publish.

01

Answer a real customer question

Choose one useful topic and write a clear title, a short introduction, and a few practical points. Keep details such as opening hours, service areas, and availability accurate.

02

Save and preview

In Blog, select your business and create an article. Add its title and text, then save the draft. Open the preview to check headings, links, formatting, and images.

Blog needs administrator setup and a compatible website. If it is unavailable, ask BusinessStub to check your setup before trying to publish.

03

Check the published article

Publish when you are ready and have permission. Wait for completion, open the article on the live website, and check it on mobile as well as desktop. A saved draft is not a published article.

Need a hand?
