Choose the workspace and sender
Open Campaigns for the business you are working with. Review the sender and topic. Sending needs a verified sender and enabled delivery; you can prepare content while setup is incomplete.
Start with a branded template
Choose a starter from the template library or compose your own message. Built-in layouts use the selected business’s saved branding. You can edit visually, paste HTML, or import an HTML file. Save a reusable template when you want to keep a design for that workspace.
Review sample instructions, links, subject, and preview text before saving. Converting custom HTML to visual editing may simplify its layout, so keep a saved copy when needed.
Review the full email
Check the desktop and mobile previews, links, images, sender details, and mailing address. The required unsubscribe information is added automatically. A preview or draft save does not send an email.
Use an audience that requested your emails
Only include people with recorded permission for the topic. Being in your customer list is not permission on its own. Follow the sender, consent, and delivery checks shown in Campaigns before testing or scheduling a send.
Internal onboarding series are available to BusinessStub administrators. Activation locks their content; enrolling a client is a separate action that can schedule real email.
