Clear billing and number controls
Plans renew monthly until canceled. Checkout also funds a $20 prepaid calling balance. Additional minutes cost 5¢ and are deducted from that balance. When it falls below $5, BusinessStub automatically charges $20 to the saved payment method after the customer separately authorizes auto-recharge. A receipt is issued for each recharge. Calling may pause at a $0 balance if recharge is disabled or fails. Unused prepaid balance is refundable after cancellation and final usage settlement. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the effective billing date shown in Stripe and the BusinessStub billing workspace; it does not immediately release the phone number. Eligible numbers are retained for review, and permanent release requires a separate owner confirmation and BusinessStub administrator action. Service availability requires an eligible BusinessStub account and assigned property. Voicemail messages may be recorded and automatically transcribed. Connected call minutes are provider-measured and may be rounded for billing.
