Do customers need to submit feedback before leaving a review?
No. The same public review destinations remain available without submitting feedback or changing an answer.
Does it send automatic review invitations?
No. This service provides a page and QR code for you to share. Automated email and text review invitations are not included.
Can I see whether someone posted a public review?
The service does not import public reviews or verify review completion. A click on a review link is not confirmation of a published review.
