Business Stub Website and Messaging Terms

Using BusinessStub

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with BusinessStub, its users, its listings, or its providers. Information you submit must be accurate, authorized, and free of malicious code or content that violates another party's rights.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or communication channel has been compromised.

Marketplace and project inquiries

A listing, preview, price, estimate, availability statement, or custom-project discussion is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer or guarantee. Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, financing, development, availability, traffic, search ranking, leads, revenue, profit, performance, or transfer of any asset.

Specific rentals, purchases, custom development, billing arrangements, hosted services, and operator relationships may require separate terms or agreements. If a separate agreement conflicts with these general terms, the separate agreement controls for that transaction or service.

Operators and client businesses using BusinessStub remain independent businesses responsible for their services, customers, pricing, licenses, insurance, claims, communications, and legal compliance. They are not employees, partners, agents, or franchisees of Business Stub merely because they use the platform.

Business Stub messaging programs

Program names: Business Stub Service Messages and Business Stub Account and Business Notifications.

Program description: Business Stub may send low-volume, conversational and service-related messages about a person's Business Stub inquiry, custom project, account, onboarding, or ongoing Business Stub service. An authorized BusinessStub owner or operator who separately enters their own mobile number and checks the optional acknowledgment in their signed-in account may also receive recurring transactional alerts about their BusinessStub account and activity for businesses they own or manage, such as new inquiries, inquiry replies, completed chatbot conversations, bookings, billing, compliance, or security items relevant to that user.

Messages are sent through Business Stub's verified messaging program and may be sent from (208) 314-1401 or another number identified for that Business Stub program. Account and business-notification texts alert the opted-in BusinessStub user; they are not customer-facing messages. This program does not authorize Business Stub to send messages on behalf of independent client businesses. A user's acknowledgment does not authorize texts to that user's customers and does not create, transfer, or substitute for customer consent required by an independent client business or a separate messaging campaign.

Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and messages may recur while an inquiry, project, account, or service matter is active. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also request help at [email protected]. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. Do not send further messages unless you want to opt in again through a supported method.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, coverage, and other systems outside Business Stub's control. See the Privacy Policy, including the mobile-information and consent restrictions.

Fees and third-party services

Any fees, billing frequency, renewal terms, deposits, refunds, cancellation terms, and transfer conditions that apply to a paid service will be shown in the relevant checkout, order, or separate agreement. You are responsible for applicable taxes and third-party charges disclosed for the service.

BusinessStub may link to or rely on third-party services such as hosting, communications, analytics, payment, domain, email, and infrastructure providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms. Business Stub is not responsible for third-party sites or services outside its control.

Intellectual property and submitted content

Business Stub and its licensors retain rights in the BusinessStub platform, software, designs, templates, documentation, trademarks, and retained infrastructure. No ownership or license is granted except as expressly stated in a separate agreement.

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You give Business Stub a limited right to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to provide it.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the general website and platform are provided "as is" and "as available." Business Stub disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Business Stub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or data arising from use of the general site or platform. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Suspension, changes, and governing law

Business Stub may restrict or suspend access needed to protect users, the platform, communications deliverability, legal compliance, or security. You may stop using the general site at any time, subject to obligations in any separate paid-service or transaction agreement.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Idaho law governs these general terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
